By accessing curalabs.com ("the Website"), placing an order, or completing the age and research verification process, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately leave the Website and refrain from making any purchase.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Curalabs ("we," "us," or "our") and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
By purchasing from Curalabs, you expressly represent and warrant that:
Curalabs expressly disclaims all responsibility for any harm, injury, death, legal consequence, or other outcome resulting from the misuse, self-administration, or improper handling of our products.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Curalabs. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or request additional verification at our sole discretion if we have reason to believe an order was placed by a minor or by any person misrepresenting their identity, age, or research credentials.
Orders cancelled due to failed age or eligibility verification are subject to the refund restrictions outlined in Section 4.
Due to the nature of research-grade biochemical compounds, we cannot accept returned products. This policy exists to protect the integrity, quality, and safety of our inventory, and to comply with applicable regulations governing research chemicals.
Curalabs ships all orders via trackable courier services. Once a package is confirmed as dispatched by our logistics partner, risk of loss transfers entirely to the customer. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or seized by carrier or customs after dispatch. No replacements or refunds will be issued for such events.
Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with import laws in their jurisdiction. If a shipment is seized or detained by customs authorities, Curalabs accepts no liability and will not provide a refund, replacement, or any other form of compensation.
Curalabs exclusively accepts cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and other supported assets). By making a payment, you agree to the following conditions:
Curalabs currently ships to Norway and select EU countries. Availability is subject to change without notice. It is your sole responsibility to verify that import of the ordered products is lawful in your jurisdiction before placing an order.
You are solely and entirely responsible for determining the legality of purchasing and possessing our products in your jurisdiction. Laws governing research peptides and biochemical compounds vary by country, region, and municipality and are subject to change.

Any use of our products in violation of these Terms or applicable law is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account and all pending orders, without refund.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CURALABS PROVIDES ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR COMPLETENESS.
We do not warrant that our products will meet your research requirements, that any results obtained from their use will be accurate or reliable, or that defects will be corrected. Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and purity data are provided for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee of results for any specific research application.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CURALABS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH:
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Curalabs and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
Curalabs reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with our defense of such claims.
We collect only the personal data necessary to process your order (name, email address, shipping address) and to maintain records as required by law. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Order data is transmitted securely and stored in accordance with applicable data protection regulations including the Norwegian Personal Data Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described above. You may contact us at CuraLabs@Proton.me to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
We use end-to-end encrypted communication channels and do not store full payment details. Cryptocurrency wallet addresses used for payment are not linked to your personal identity in our records.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by Curalabs to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such provision in the future.
Curalabs reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
